Nick was singing along to the opening of a Lady Gaga hit last weekend, when Jack pipes up from the back seat, "Dad, I don't like 'Pokerface.'" Who knew?

vegetables...

Jack covered his plate this week while I was making lunch and said, "Mom, I don't need any of those vegetables." When I reminded him that we need to at least have them on our plate, he informed me that his Cheetos were his vegetable. "See, mom. There's corn on the bag." Indeed, there is.

toenail clippers...

In the middle of prayers the other night, Jack tells Nick that he needs his toenail trimmed. Nick asked him to wait until they were done. With that, Jack grabbed his foot, put it in his mouth, bit off the offending nail and said, "Got it." Excellent.

teeth...

Apparently Will thinks he is too cool for any more teeth. He has been fighting them this week with every fiber in his body. I can't wait until the teeth win, so hopefully this crabby little guys goes back to his happy self.
