'Sconsin

Has it really been almost two weeks since we got back from our family vacation to Wisconsin (or 'Sconsin, according to Jack)?!? We had the best time, minus the too-long car rides!

We stayed about 1/2 hour away from the Wisconsin Dells, but since our boys aren't big into the waterparks yet, we did lots of other fun family stuff:

We hit the pool the first couple of days... luckily we did then, since it only seemed to get cooler (we even had a record low "high temp" one day)! We found indoor fun when it cooled down, too. Jack loved bowling for the first time!

We golfed... mini & the "real thing." It was the first mini-golf outing for the boys- I think they need a little more experience before hitting the course. Jack loved riding along with daddy & bapa on the golf cart for a few holes, though!

We did touristy stuff like the Circus World Museum (+ pony rides!), Duck Boats, shopping, visiting a free zoo (with a black bear in a cage that seemed a little too flimsy, to me), taking in free music & nature at Devil's Lake State Park.

And we took some pictures with some of the "cheesy" animals that are EVERYWHERE in the Dells. The boys scoped them all out... and Will had to hug every one we encountered.

It was another amazing week, making super fun memories. Can't wait for next year!
